Shipping
All orders are processed upon receipt. We reserve the right to limit quantities to one. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by NewWorldVideoDirect Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. All orders are shipped either via UPS or USPS, and when available, the tracking information will be provided in your online eAccount folio. We suggest you set one up to streamline your shopping experience whenever you shop with us.
Please Note: New World Video Direct expedites orders very quickly. Orders cannot be cancelled after 30 minutes.
Please Note: Orders are shipped to the shipping address. Address changes will be charged $11.00 as this is the fee UPS charges.
Unfortunately we don't ship to hotels. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Our site automatically computes shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket, and upon checkout will prompt you to choose the method of UPS delivery you wish. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it, choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online.
Special Handling
Orders requiring Rush Delivery and/or Special Handling will be subject to additional special handling charges. When we receive an order requiring special handling we will inform you by email. If you would like to request special handling or rush delivery please email our customer service department.Insurance may be required on certain orders. On certain items that are deemed overweight or oversized additional shipping charges will apply. These items can include certain stereo systems, televisions & desktop computers. We will notify you by phone or email if your order is subject to this.
Product Returns & Exchanges
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, New World Video Direct offers an exclusive 21-day exchange/refund policy to online/mail order customers only.
The following products are not acceptable for credit, refund, or exchange and must be repaired or handled by the manufacturer or a manufacturers' authorized service centers: battery grips, lenses, lens converters, filters, cases & bags. To locate a service center near you please refer to your product manual. Car Stereo and electronic equipment should be "bench-tested" PRIOR to installation (units that have been installed, scratched, or abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit!); Pre-recorded videotapes, cassettes, CDs, DVDs and laser discs can only be exchanged for a different title, if unopened! Defective, pre-recorded videotapes, cassettes, CDs, DVDs and laser discs may be exchanged for same title ONLY!?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 21 days, subject to a return authorization from NewWorldVideoDirect.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, If the the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and in mint condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee.
All returns for exchange due to defect will be handled expeditiously. Shipping costs are non refundable. Shipping back to customer, if within the return period, will be at no cost.
For an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) email: customerservice@nwvdirect.com. All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.
All products packaged as a kit must be returned in full.We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized, apologetically, will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund
Typographical Errors
New World Video Direct's credo is truth in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, NewWorldVideoDirect shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NewWorldVideoDirect shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NewWorldVideoDirect shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Sales Tax
NewWorldVideoDirect shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New York. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Service & Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. NewWorldVideoDirect will provide on-line technical notes on most products as well as links to the technical support departments of the manufacturers where available.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
All products offered on the NewWorldVideoDirect website are guaranteed for 10 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, NewWorldVideoDirect makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the NewWorldVideoDirect website, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
