I recently needed repair for my Panasonic PT ax100u. I purchased a RepairTech 5 year warranty for it some time ago and called them for the extended warranty service. They were great, they had several options for me: replacement, cut me a check, repair the unit...
I eventually went with the check and purchased a new pt ax200u to replace my old 100u. My overall experience was very, very good. They actually listened to my problems and worked very hard to make things right.
I just purchased another RepairTech warranty for the new unit, and although nobody looks forward to stuff breaking, I know I won't have to worry about it! Buy with confidence guys. They aren't kidding when they say the RepairTech warranty is worth it!
