I adore Sigma products, particularly this flash. I own a Sigma telephoto lens and have purchased this flash on NWV's recommendation. When the salesgirl suggested a Sigma flash, I jumped on it. She was right about everything she described about the flash. Thanks alot.

A super easy flash to own. No complicated buttons very simple and easy to use a caveman can do it. Was surprised how bright the flash was, but thats better for dark conditions. Which makes this a good all around flash. Includes a carrying case and was shipped to me brand new in box safely packaged.

Great flash. Easily mounted on top of my camera, without making it too heavy. Perfect for both indoor and out door shots. The flash swivels to allow me to choose where to bounce the light off of. It comes with a 1 year warranty although i wish it was a tad bit longer it is still a great investment. I have had mine for a few weeks now and no problems with it what so ever. 4 stars nothing is worth 5 :)

The flash is nice looking. It takes a long time to figure it out. The manual is not so easy to follow. The battery compartment BROKE after 2 weeks! Sigma did replace the flash and their technical support is outstanding. I am not as happy as I would like to be.

You want my review. OK. Get this flash immediately. I have a Canon Rebel XTi. I have used the 430ex by Canon. Does not compare. It is lighter, faster and the battery life is much much longer. My friend is returning hers and getting this one. Thank you for the recommendation Tommy.

This will do about everything you want on ETTL. Under or overexpose in partial stop increments, manually zoom while in TTL and more. I have an end cap diffuser to go with it, making it easy to get the right amount of fill, and in roughly the right spot with the bounce and swivel on the head.
I have used the option of setting the flash on rear curtain once or twice for a bit of different effect.
I've also used the multi flash mode more than once in time exposures. After wading through a bit of instructions to get the gist of how to set up the parameters, it performed as advertised.
I've also used it on manual.
Make sure you buy this.
