The JVC GZ-MG27 Everio Digital Media Camera is your introduction to JVC's Everio line of digital camcorders. Instead of tape or DVD, Everio records to a built-in 20GB hard drive. From there, you can transfer your video to a PC via USB 2.0 cable, or transfer it to tape or DVD. The digital media camera can record up to 25 hours of video in Economy mode, or almost 5 hours of DVD-quality MPEG-2. You can also record stills and video to SD cards. 16:9 Squeeze mode let you shoot video that fits wide-screen TVs. 3D noise reduction and digital image stabilization give you great pictures in almost any condition. A 32x optical zoom gets you up close and personal, and an 800x digital zoom brings you closer than ever to the action.
