The Merkury MI-BG-CXT Battery Grip for the Rebel XT® provides a secure rubber coated grip to enhance camera control for vertical, portrait-format shooting. The MI-BG-CXT fits into the battery compartment in place of your NB-2L(H) and is secured via the camera’s tripod socket. For your convenience, the grip is equipped with its own steel tripod mount on its base.
This versatile accessory also can either utilize two, for twice the OEM power, (2) NB-2L/ NB-2LH lithium-ion batteries, enabling you to shoot significantly more images before having to worry about recharging your batteries.
